• Processing: most orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment clears.
• Rates: calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Tracking: sent to your order email when the label is created.
• Large / gallon orders: may ship freight or multi-package; we’ll confirm if extra time is needed.
