Refund Policy

We want wholesale partners to feel confident ordering from Four 26.

• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: unopened, unused bulk/ready-to-label orders may be eligible for store credit if you reach out within 7 days; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
• Custom / private-label runs: made-to-order work is generally final sale once production starts.
• Donations: non-shipped donation purchases are non-refundable.
